We currently have a small number of agencies whom we work very closely with and have long established relationships based on success.
We have chosen not to have a preferred suppliers list and welcome CV submissions from third party recruiters as long as they show potential for quality candidates and are happy to work to our terms of business.
We work on a contingency basis of a 15% flat rate fee (based on basic salary) and a three month rebate period (sliding scale).
As an organisation we do not currently use retained headhunting services.
Here at PMSS we maintain a robust applications process and CV database with over 1500 applications a year from both direct applicants and third party recruiter submissions.
Each submission, either direct or indirect, is checked against all applications received during the past 12 months. This is done to check to see if we have already received the CV before and the status of that application. If we have received a CV in the past 12 months you will be informed that we will not move forward with the resubmission or that the candidate was unsuccessful.

As a consultancy it is of paramount importance that we recruit candidates with experience that is going to be relevant and valuable to our clients.
