Alexis is a chartered engineer and spent 6 years working with GE Energy, where he was Asset Manager for the Arklow Bank Offshore Wind Farm. He was involved from construction through to operations of the project, and has detailed knowledge in all aspects of offshore wind development, construction and operations including foundation design, installation project management, EHS, operations and asset management and P&L.

Following GE, Alexis spent a year as Business Development Manager for AREVA Multibrid, and most recently has been Project Manager for HOCHTIEF for the installation of the innovative “twisted jacket” foundation and met mast at SMart Wind’s Hornsea Round 3 zone.

Alexis also has fifteen years experience as Naval Officer in Senior Management positions in charge of the Operation and Maintenance of nuclear installations.

Commenting on his new role, Alexis said:

“Being involved in all phases over the lifetime of different projects has allowed PMSS to build a sizeable ‘lessons learnt’ database. We use this invaluable source of knowledge to advise our customers and develop innovative solutions to resolve the challenges such as access to wind turbines and O&M strategy.”
