The scheme involves the decommissioning of the existing ten 400kW turbines which have been operational since 1991, and replacement with four 2.3MW turbines.

Decommissioning works are now complete, and the 20-year-old turbines are being removed from site for reconditioning and re-use. Installation works of the new turbines are currently on schedule and by December all four turbines should be up and running.

PMSS are acting in the role of Employer’s Engineer and Project Manager on behalf of Good Energy. PMSS have been working with Good Energy on the project since March 2009, providing project management, construction management and technical support services.
