The guidance is aimed at jack-up operators, contractors and developers and was developed in consultation with the industry to reflect established and proven good practice and sound methodology in the selection and operation of jack-up’s in the off shore wind, wave and tidal industries.

Jerry Carnell, a Senior H&S Consultant at PMSS and long-time BWEA H&S Steering Group member chaired the Working Group for the development of the guidance. Samantha Henshaw, a Marine Safety Consultant at PMSS was also a Key Consultee and provided technical inputs.
