David co-presented a paper with John Buckley of UK Renewables, who are a service of DECC (The Department of Energy and Climate Change), which was entitled UK Offshore Wind: How the US can benefit from Lessons Learnt.

WINDPOWER 2009 Conference and Exhibition is the largest annual wind conference and exhibition in the world featuring over 15,000 attendees and over 1,200 exhibitors.
